How to redeem newbie pack / campaign package?

Step 1. Login to  www.cubizone.com

Step 2. Proceed to Item Claim and select Special Force Cubizone.

Step 3. Select Game Name as Special Force Cubizone.

Step 4. Select Claim Type, different campaign would be different claim type. For newbie, always select newbie pack. Wait for character detecting, once detected then proceed Next.

Step 5. Insert the claim code.

Step 6. Congratulations! Please wait for 10 – 15 minutes and relog into game.
